SIS4D Terms & Conditions – Your Guide to Using Malaysia's Online Betting Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and SIS4D ("we", "platform", "sis4d"), operating through the website https://sis4d.click and all related subdomains.

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using any service provided by SIS4D, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and all supplementary guidelines published from time to time.

SIS4D reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the sis4d platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

To be eligible to register and use the SIS4D platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not being prohibited by any law or regulation applicable to you from using online betting services.
• Register using personal information that is truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Register only one (1) account per individual — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

SIS4D reserves the right to request age verification at any time. If a player is found to be under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and the remaining funds frozen pending investigation.

When registering a SIS4D account, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your full name as shown on your identification document, an active Malaysian phone number, a valid email address, and your Malaysian bank or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes.

It is solely your responsibility to:

• Keeping your sis4d account password and login credentials confidential.
• Do not share your account or allow anyone else to use it.
• Notify SIS4D immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Updating your account information whenever changes occur, especially your phone number and banking details.

SIS4D reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing your first withdrawal or if any suspicious activity is detected on your account. Required documents may include a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or a screenshot of your Malaysian e-wallet.

SIS4D accepts deposits via payment methods that are valid and operational in Malaysia. All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only.

SIS4D members may request a withdrawal to a Malaysian bank account or e-wallet registered in their name at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed full KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Any bonus received must meet the stipulated wagering requirements before winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 for all methods.
• Funds may be withdrawn to Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, or a Malaysian bank account registered in the member's name.
• Processing time is 30 minutes to 2 hours for regular members, and 5 to 30 minutes for sis4d VIP Gold and Platinum members.

SIS4D reserves the right to carry out additional checks or request supporting documents before approving withdrawals exceeding RM10,000 or where signs of unusual activity are present.

SIS4D offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions stated in each respective promotional offer.

General terms applicable to all SIS4D bonus types:

• Each bonus carries its own wagering (rollover) requirements — please review the promotion details before claiming any bonus.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by one account per person, per household, and per IP address.
• Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 30x depending on the type of promotion.
• The period to fulfil wagering requirements is between 7 and 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited.
• Winnings from free spins are generally capped at RM200 unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn — only cash balances free of any bonus are eligible for withdrawal.

All games available on the SIS4D platform — including baccarat, Texas Hold'em poker, jackpot slots, 4D lottery, Malaysia Super League and EPL football betting, badminton betting, e-sports, and all other categories — are subject to individual game rules available in the help section of each game.

General terms applicable to all games on SIS4D:

• The outcome of all games is final and may not be disputed unless a proven technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical failure affecting a game outcome, SIS4D reserves the right to void the round in question and refund the original wager to the player.
• SIS4D uses an independently audited random number generator (RNG) to ensure fairness across all games.
• Any attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities or use automated software (bots) in gameplay is strictly prohibited.
• Accepted Sports Betting wagers cannot be cancelled unless the match in question is cancelled or postponed for more than 48 hours.

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, voided winnings, and legal action:

• Registering more than one SIS4D account using the same or different information.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use your account.
• Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised tools to play or place bets.
• Engaging in bonus abuse — exploiting the promotions system with the intent to gain unfair advantage.
• Attempted money laundering through the sis4d platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Threatening or harassing support staff or other members.
• Accessing the SIS4D platform from regions where online betting services are blocked, using a VPN or other means to conceal your actual location.

• Financial losses arising from your own betting decisions.

SIS4D's maximum liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount you have deposited in your account at the time of the incident. The sis4d platform is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees regarding betting outcomes or anticipated winnings.
